Join Our Legacy Circle

The Actuarial Foundation would be honored to have you as a member of the Foundation's Legacy Circle. By joining, you will be alongside a group of exceptional individuals who do something extraordinary and far beyond traditional giving. They offer a unique testimony to the values they hold dear and make a grand gesture of generosity that lives on long after they do. Legacy Circle members directly impact society through the simple eloquence of example.

Planned gifts are derived from a donor's assets rather than income and can be outright or deferred. Gifts may include bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, gifts of retirement plan assets and of life insurance. The Legacy Circle recognizes those who leave such gifts - gifts that will live on for generations.

Benefits when making a gift:

  • Reduce your taxable estate by the value of your bequest.
  • Distribute your assets according to your wishes.
  • Leave a legacy for tomorrow without giving up assets today.

Bequests - one of the easiest ways to make a gift to The Actuarial Foundation is by leaving a bequest in your Will. There are several ways you can do this . More>

Stocks- a gift of stock is another form of contribution. Simply call The Actuarial Foundation office at 847-706-3535 to request the necessary transfer form or reach us via email at

"We are honored to be able to give back to the actuarial profession through a planned gift to The Actuarial Foundation. Being an actuary has provided us many opportunities through work experiences, professional association activities and our personal life. A planned gift will help allow TAF to continue its work in the future to help students achieve in math, help educate consumers and help fund actuarial research."

"Giving to The Actuarial Foundation is a very gratifying way to express our appreciation to a profession that has enabled us to enjoy such a wonderful and fulfilling career. By providing for the Foundation in our Will, we take comfort in knowing the Foundation will enjoy many years of expansion in its educational outreach to students, teachers, consumers and the profession."
