Tinashe Masaya, FSA, CERA, CFA

Tinashe Masaya is head of Corporate Risk and Risk Governance at Voya Financial. Prior to joining Voya, Tinashe held various actuarial and risk leadership roles at The Hartford and has been a dedicated advocate for math and actuarial education. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her active volunteer work, where she has championed continuing education, mentorship and networking for students and actuarial professionals. Tinashe holds a Bachelor’s in economics and statistics from Mount Holyoke College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
