Pat, now retired from Towers Watson, advised clients on the design and financial management of their retirement and benefit programs. Her consulting experience included retirement plan and total reward program design, communication and implementation of change, funding and accounting analysis, mergers and spin-offs, frozen plan management, plan terminations and defined contribution replacement plan designs. Pat is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary.
