Roosevelt C. Mosley Jr., FCAS, MAAA, CSPA, is the Managing Principal of Pinnacle Actuarial Resources with 31 years of experience. He specializes in predictive analytics across insurance functions, including rating, underwriting, product development, claims applications, fraud detection, and large‑loss modeling. He provides actuarial support such as rate indications, filings, regulatory guidance, competitive analyses, and external peer reviews of modeling processes and rating plans. Roosevelt also advises on aligning company strategy with analytics.
A recognized industry expert on bias and unfair discrimination in insurance, he works with insurers, regulators, legislators, and trade groups, frequently presenting and testifying on these issues.
