William Sayre

William Sayre is a principal and consultant at Milliman where he has worked for nearly four decades. In that role, he has been involved with a wide variety of actuarial consulting, although his primary focus has been with valuation-related engagements, particularly appointed actuary assignments in the US and elsewhere. He also serves as Milliman’s Life & Financial Services Discipline Deputy Practice Director for quality assurance. Bill is a Fellow on the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is an active volunteer for the Society of Actuaries and previously served on their Board of Directors. He has been a long-time supporter of The Actuarial Foundation and looks forward to expanding his involvement as a Trustee. In his free time, bill enjoys Cycling, Hiking, and Skiing.
