Daisy Hernandez

As the Stem Stars Program Manager, I oversee the Foundation’s Stem Stars Actuarial Scholars Program. Through our work with various partners, we ensure these students have the tools they need to enter and succeed in the actuarial profession.  

I have spent my entire career working in non-profit. I previously worked for a college access and readiness non-profit where I provided academic advising to first-generation high school students to help them stay on track to enroll in and graduate from college.

Outside of work, I compete in a local trivia league, and I am still trying to master the art of cooking. I am much better at baking!

I graduated from Lake Forest College with a BA in Communication.
