Emlyn Bertsche

Emlyn Bertsche is the Director of Development & Marketing at The Actuarial Foundation, where she leads the organization’s integrated development and marketing strategy. In this role, she oversees all fundraising efforts, strengthens major donor and corporate partnerships, and helps elevate the Foundation’s brand and communications.

Emlyn brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including senior roles at Chicago Youth Centers, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), and the National Network for Youth. She has led multi-year fundraising strategies, rebuilt development operations, secured major grants and gifts, and partnered closely with boards and executive leaders to drive organizational growth and sustainability.

She holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
