As the Director of Programs at The Actuarial Foundation, I am privileged to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all TAF programs. In this role, I drive innovation, oversee program impact, and cultivate meaningful partnerships that advance our mission to transform math education and expand opportunities within the actuarial profession.
Previously, as the STEM Stars Manager, I pioneered the launch and growth of the STEM Stars program from its initial cohort. I shaped the program into a cornerstone of our mission, providing scholarships, mentoring, academic resources, and a robust support system to diversify the actuarial field. This effort laid the foundation for countless students to thrive academically and professionally.
A proud graduate of the University of North Carolina Greensboro, I have built a distinguished career developing and leading impactful workforce and professional development programs. My experience with organizations like The Urban Alliance (DC) and Student U (NC) underscores my ability to design initiatives that equip young people with the skills and experiences they need to succeed.
Now overseeing TAF’s suite of programs, I remain committed to ensuring continuous innovation and excellence. I am guided by the belief that “Purpose Fears No Environment,” an ethos that drives me to foster relationships, empower students, and inspire the next generation of leaders. Whether advancing strategic goals, implementing high-impact initiatives, or cultivating partnerships, I am dedicated to creating exceptional program experiences that leave a lasting legacy.
