Felix Okwaning

Felix is a Managing Director within Principals’ Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions group. He works with plan sponsors on designing comprehensive benefits, from defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, equity compensation programs, non-qualified plans, student loan programs, retention bonus plans and more. He helps redesign existing programs to better align outcomes with a sponsors’ goals and objectives for their employees and their businesses.

Felix is a regular speaker on retirement plan design, data analytics and employee benefits, and retirement income adequacy.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
