Kishanna Sealey

As the Math Motivators Program Specialist, my role is overseeing the development, implementation, and coordination of our math tutoring programs across several locations focusing on Hartford and Portland.

I work with the local high schools, staff and students and volunteer mentors. I provide guidance and support to Local Program Coordinators and ensuring consistency in program delivery and quality across multiple sites. I coordinate resources and collaborate with community partners to expand program reach. I collect data and assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness to inform improvements and growth.

Prior to working at The Foundation, I worked in the nonprofit sector for almost 20 years. I have worked at United Way of Northeastern and Central CT, Girl Scouts of CT and Community Health Resources. I am an Alumni of Americorps and The University of Hartford earning a BA in psychology.

I enjoy learning and spending time with my family. I love art museums and music.
