Madison Fear

As the Math Motivators Community Outreach Coordinator for Des Moines, I oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of math tutoring and mentorship programs designed to support students and strengthen community partnerships. In this role, I collaborate closely with local schools, staff, students, and volunteer mentors to help create engaging and impactful learning opportunities.

Prior to joining The Actuarial Foundation, I worked at Drake University as a college counselor, where I supported students through the college planning and admissions process. My professional background is rooted in education, student support, and community engagement, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their goals.

I earned my B.S. from Iowa State University and my M.A. from Drake University. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and exploring the many fun events and activities that Des Moines has to offer.
