Sally Ezra

Sally Ezra is Co-Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Ezra Penland Actuarial Recruitment. She has over 30 years of experience specializing in actuarial recruitment and has built deep relationships across the actuarial profession. Sally offers extensive expertise across the property & casualty, life, health, pension, and reinsurance sectors, placing talent at all levels from analysts to C-suite executives, including Chief Actuaries and National Practice Leaders. While the majority of her career has focused on actuarial recruitment, Sally and her firm also recruit within adjacent disciplines including analytics, enterprise risk management, capital management, product, underwriting, and catastrophe modeling. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching entry-level actuaries and is actively involved in supporting actuarial education through university presentations, guest lecturing at DePaul University, and service on the Board of Roosevelt University’s Actuarial Program.
