Rachel Pargeter

I joined The Actuarial Foundation in 2024 as the Math Motivators Program Coordinator for Portland, Maine, and have since taken on the additional role of Foundation/Corporate Relations Specialist. In my work with Math Motivators, I focus on expanding the program at Portland High School, building partnerships with local organizations to recruit dedicated volunteer tutors, and identifying local donors and financial support to sustain and grow our impact.

In my development role, I connect with foundations and companies across the country to grow support for the Foundation’s mission of advancing math education and equity. I’m happy to be working to help individuals unlock a higher quality of life through education at The Actuarial Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, I served as Operations Manager for a large nonprofit hockey organization in New England. I am a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. degree. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, reading mysteries and nonfiction, and watching professional tennis.
