Steve Rominske

Steve is an experienced insurance executive with extensive expertise in data analytics and enterprise risk. He provides strategic and operational leadership, including transformative technology changes, mergers and acquisitions and formation of new companies. As a former Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer, Steve has driven the use of data as a competitive advantage and data visualization for analytical decision making. Steve has built risk management frameworks appropriate to the nature, scale and complexity of the business and its risks. Steve enjoys watching Wisconsin sports teams, particularly his alma mater University of Wisconsin Badgers and learning how to play pickleball.
