The Actuarial Foundation Selected As Gold Award Winner in the Hermes Creative Awards

The purpose of the video was twofold:
- Show how The Actuarial Foundation has been meeting the needs of students, teachers and families during the difficult pandemic in 2020 with its free online math and financial literacy resources and virtual tutoring program.
- Demonstrate why support of the Foundation’s mission to enhance math education and financial literacy through the talents and resources of actuaries is needed now more than ever.
Since the video’s release, nearly $70,000 has been raised for “Educate. Connect. Change,” which brings total campaign donations to almost $3.5 million.
The Foundation is profoundly grateful to our marketing partners at GLC, for their guidance and support. Their expertise in developing the video and the campaign played a significant role in winning the Gold Creative Hermes Award. It is an honor to be recognized by our peers in the marketing industry. Some other notable winners included, Acuity, EVERFI, McKinsey & Company, and Villanova School of Business.
